Flower Policies
My Wedding Policy, Payment Options, and Delivery
Once we have decided all the details for your wedding flowers, and you are happy with the decisions, you will book Kelly’s Flowers Inc., as your florist. The first step is going over the final proposal, to make sure all is correct, and exactly as you want. Then, we sign the contract, stating the terms of your wedding flowers.
Kelly’s Flowers Inc is responsible for the delivery of your wedding flowers. This is not a charge for the bride. Delivery and set-up is free, and this is shown in the contract, and promised to all brides. Once you have your date and ceremony location, you may let me know what time you would like to have your wedding flowers delivered. We are also responsible for the set-up and takedown of all ceremony arrangements. We also set up your reception flowers. We take down reception arrangements in the event of rentals such as chuppahs and arches, or if you are unsure you will be unable to bring them back to Kelly’s Flowers Inc the next business day. |
